Our customers are worldwide. Our company is registered in Delaware, with an office in San Francisco, and we serve users across the globe. We're planning to open entities in Europe and APAC to better serve those customers with local support and presence.

Security & compliance
Your primary account, project, and report data is stored in the EU (Supabase, West EU / Ireland). Some processing happens in the US (background workers, product analytics, error monitoring, and the AI providers we call) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our app is hosted on Vercel. Privacy by design: we follow strict data minimization and we're compliant with GDPR and CCPA. No selling of personal data, ever. All connections use SSL/TLS encryption and our database enforces Row-Level Security so users only ever access their own data. SOC 2 certification is on our roadmap.
