By accessing, browsing, or using JustSEO.ai (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
JustSEO.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides SEO analysis and auditing tools, website crawling and technical SEO diagnostics, AI-powered content analysis and recommendations, performance metrics and Core Web Vitals reporting, competitor analysis and visibility insights, and integration with third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
All AI-generated content, analysis, advice, recommendations, and suggestions (including AI audits, AI-powered reports, chatbot conversations, crawl results, and automated recommendations) are provided as general guidance and directional insights only.
Sero is our AI-powered SEO advisor chatbot. It is powered by various Large Language Models from third-party providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek. Sero can and will make errors and is not a replacement for professional SEO consultation. Your personal conversations with Sero are not used to train third-party AI models. Your data remains yours. By chatting with Sero, you assume all risks associated with AI-generated advice.
We explicitly disclaim any guarantees regarding improvements in rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue, specific SEO outcomes, or timeframes. SEO is inherently unpredictable and influenced by numerous factors beyond our control. Reports, crawls, and audits are automated outputs that may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You assume all responsibility for verifying findings before taking action.
For customers located in the European Union, personal data is primarily processed and stored within the European Union. Where we rely on sub-processors located outside the EEA (for example, certain AI providers and analytics tools), we put appropriate safeguards in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses. See our GDPR Data Protection Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that your registration information is accurate, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service illegally, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, gain unauthorized access, use automated systems without permission, reverse engineer the Service, analyze websites without authorization, or resell the Service without written permission. Your use may be subject to rate limits and quotas based on your plan.
When you submit URLs or website content for analysis, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, crawl, analyze, and store the content temporarily for service delivery. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content, and that you have authority to analyze the websites you submit.
The Service, including all content, features, software, code, algorithms, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans: if you are not satisfied, contact support@justseo.ai within 14 days of your payment for a full refund. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; upon cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Certain plans, including the Max plan, provide high or uncapped usage and are intended for normal professional and agency use. To ensure reliability for all customers, JustSEO.ai reserves the right to review usage that is objectively excessive or materially impacts platform stability, and may take proportionate measures including temporary throttling or proposing a custom or enterprise plan. Where reasonably possible, customers are informed in advance.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustSEO.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 (one hundred US dollars).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustSEO.ai and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, analyzing websites without authorization, or actions taken based on AI recommendations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, reflecting that JustSEO.ai is operated by Basecamp Labs, Inc, a Delaware corporation. Disputes are resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and any unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States. Consumers retain any mandatory rights granted under the laws of their country of residence. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). These Terms are provided in English.
