Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or business decisions. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Service Availability: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

You bear SOLE RESPONSIBILITY for verifying that our AI advice, findings, and recommendations remain accurate and applicable given the constantly evolving nature of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
NO COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, OR LEGAL ACTION may be brought against us based on the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of AI-generated advice, reports, audits, crawls, or any other automated analysis provided through our Service

Our Service may utilize third-party AI models and APIs (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party AI services. Third-party AI providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies that may apply to your use of our Service.

Sero AI Advisor

Sero is our AI-powered SEO advisor chatbot integrated within the platform. By interacting with Sero, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Powered by Third-Party LLMs: Sero is powered by various Large Language Models (LLMs) from third-party providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek. We do not control the underlying AI models and are not responsible for their outputs, capabilities, or limitations.
SEO-Focused Training: While Sero is configured to provide SEO-focused guidance and may access your account data (projects, reports, analysis history) to provide personalized advice, Sero is NOT a replacement for professional SEO consultation. All advice is directional guidance only.
AI Can Make Errors: Sero, like all AI systems, CAN AND WILL MAKE ERRORS. Responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, hallucinations, or incorrect conclusions. You MUST independently verify all advice and recommendations before implementation.
Not a Binding Service: Conversations with Sero do not constitute a consulting agreement, professional service, or binding advice. All outputs are informational guidance that you use at your own discretion and risk.
Privacy Protection: Your conversations with Sero are encrypted and stored securely. We take your privacy seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
No Model Training: Your personal conversations with Sero are NOT used to train or improve third-party AI models. We do not share your conversation data with AI providers for their model training purposes. Your data remains yours.

Increases in website traffic, conversions, or revenue
Specific SEO outcomes or measurable results
Timeframes for achieving any SEO improvements

SEO is inherently unpredictable and influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: search engine algorithm updates, competitor actions, content quality, technical infrastructure, backlink profiles, user behavior, market conditions, and search engine policies.

Our reports, crawls, audits, and analyses are based on:

Automated crawling and scanning technologies
Third-party APIs and data sources (Google PageSpeed Insights, etc.)
Snapshot data collected at specific points in time

That recommendations remain accurate as Google, ChatGPT, Claude, and other search engines/LLMs constantly update their ranking algorithms and assessment criteria

NO LIABILITY FOR REPORT ACCURACY: You acknowledge that all reports, crawls, audits, and analyses provided by the Service are automated outputs that MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES. You assume all responsibility for verifying the accuracy of any findings before taking action. NO COMPLAINTS OR CLAIMS may be brought against us regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reports, crawls, or analyses. It is your sole duty to independently verify all findings.

External Factors

Reports may not account for factors such as: server-side rendering issues, JavaScript-dependent content, geographic variations, personalization, A/B testing, CDN configurations, access restrictions, dynamic content, or other technical complexities that affect SEO analysis accuracy.

We are NOT LIABLE for advice becoming outdated due to algorithm changes, nor are we obligated to update historical reports or notify you of algorithmic shifts that may affect past recommendations. The burden is entirely on you to ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy.

5. Data Processing and GDPR Compliance

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action, reporting to law enforcement, and liability for damages. We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

8. User Content and Data Rights

When you submit URLs, website content, or data for analysis ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

User Representations

You may not submit for analysis any websites or content that:

Infringe intellectual property rights or violate third-party rights
You do not have authorization to access or analyze
Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
Are protected by technical protection measures (password-protected, paywalled, etc.) without authorization

Data Retention

We retain analyzed data in accordance with our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy. You may request deletion of your data subject to our legal obligations and technical limitations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, algorithms, user interface, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation ("JustSEO.ai IP") is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by:

Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. 10. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a paid plan, and we will refund that payment.

After the 14-day window, fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. In particular:

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid plan, not to subsequent renewals
After 14 days, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused services
Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to support@justseo.ai before the 14-day period expires.

Immediate performance and loss of the withdrawal right: Because JustSEO.ai is a digital service that is made available to you immediately, when you purchase or upgrade a paid plan you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where performance has begun but is not yet complete when you withdraw, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

This statutory right applies in addition to, and does not limit, the 14-day money-back guarantee described above. In practice, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee is at least as favorable as this statutory withdrawal right, and nothing in these Terms reduces any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No refund will be provided for the remaining period
Automatic renewal will be disabled
Your account may be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or deleted

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.) associated with your subscription. Fees quoted do not include taxes unless explicitly stated. We will charge applicable taxes where required by law.

11. Fair Use and Platform Stability

Certain subscription plans, including the Max plan, provide access to high or uncapped usage levels and are intended for normal professional and agency use cases.

To ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the service for all customers, JustSEO.ai reserves the right to review usage patterns that are objectively excessive, atypical, or materially impact platform stability.

Where such usage is identified, JustSEO.ai may take reasonable and proportionate measures, including but not limited to temporary throttling, usage optimization guidance, or proposing a custom or enterprise plan better suited to the customer's requirements.

Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed in advance before any material limitation is applied.

Usage Monitoring and Data Protection

JustSEO.ai may process limited usage and technical data (such as request volumes, execution frequency, and system load metrics) strictly for the purposes of service operation, security, billing, capacity planning, and abuse prevention.

Such processing is based on JustSEO.ai's legitimate interest in maintaining the availability, integrity, and performance of the service, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Usage monitoring is conducted at an aggregated and service level and is not intended to profile individual users or perform automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of websites you analyze or third-party services
AI Limitations: AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or outdated information
Security: While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission or storage
Compatibility: We do not warrant compatibility with all browsers, devices, or operating systems

Cost of procurement of substitute services
Business interruption or downtime

Damages from following AI recommendations
Damages from errors in reports or analysis
Any other intangible losses

WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
$100 (one hundred US dollars)

Basis of the Bargain

Your User Content or data you submit for analysis
Analyzing websites without proper authorization
Actions taken based on AI recommendations or reports
Your breach of any representations or warranties
Claims by third parties related to your use of the Service

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You will not settle any claim that affects us without our prior written consent.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

15. Termination

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Non-payment of fees
Excessive or abusive use of Service resources
Security concerns or suspected unauthorized access

Termination by You

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
