Your privacy rights under the CCPA and CPRA.
This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents. It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Response Timeline
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA (such as social security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, race, religion, or health data).
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
